While stress itself is no laughing matter, dealing with stress can actually be quite fun and relaxing, if done correctly.

The secret is to find what works best for you and what helps take the edge off. It can be anything from a few pieces of fruit to a long walk in the park or even going to the gym and going berserk on a punching bag.
